Hamlin Collegiate ISD is seeking a dynamic, energetic and dedicated leader to serve as teacher and coach beginning with the 2025 – 2026 school year. POSITION TITLE:    Boys Head Basketball Coaching Position, 2nd sport will be best fit. Teaching fields  Social Studies or SPED) Grades 7-12.

SALARY: Competitive Salary (above pay schedule), District paid Employee insurance premiums, $850 duty stipend, Coaching stipends for head and assistant positions

LENGTH OF CONTRACT:   11 months

POSITION SUMMARY:     

Reports to the High School Principal and Athletic Director

Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior

Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.  

Provide instruction and coach students to develop skills and ability to excel in sport assigned. 

Contribute to education program as a whole and to growth of students involved in athletics.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:     

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Valid Texas teaching certificate for categories listed

CDL/Passenger, School Bus endorsements a plus
